The Yandex Money electronic system was created specifically for Russians: you can replenish your wallet only with domestic currency. By law, each electronic money service must have a partner bank through which it will operate. Sberbank is a partner for Yandex. - put the card into the card reader, face up;
- enter the personal code of the card, consisting of four digits;
- through the item "Payments and transfers" go to the section "Electronic payments";
- from the options presented, select "Yandex Money";
- indicate the recipient's wallet number and the amount to be sent;
- click Run.
After the transaction is completed, collect the card and receipt. Keep the check until the money arrives. If the balance of the virtual wallet is not replenished, contact the bank with a receipt for sending funds.
How to replenish Yandex Wallet through Sberbank Online
You can transfer money to Yandex Wallet via the Internet using the Sberbank Online service. All holders of plastic cards of this credit institution have access to it. To register in it, you need to enter a 16-digit card number, confirm your actions via SMS, and also come up with a username and password that you will use to enter your account.
Important: each entrance to the personal account must be confirmed with a code from SMS, which will need to be entered no later than 5 minutes later.
If you have already used the online service, then you need to:
- log in to the LC;
- go to the "Transfers and payments" section;
- at the end of the list, find "Transfer to a Yandex Money account";
- select the account from which the payment will be made;
- specify the virtual wallet number or payment code in Yandex;
- indicate the amount of the shipment;
- confirm your actions via SMS.
Important: Yandex works with domestic currency, so payments can only be made from a ruble account.
How to transfer money from Sberbank via phone
Another way to transfer is to use the Sberbank Online mobile program. You can download it from the Play Market (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS). When you first log in, you need to enter your login, password and come up with a 5-digit code that you will use in the future every time you launch the application. To top up your e-wallet, you need:
- go to the "Payments" tab;
- find the "Other" section;
- type in the search bar "Yandex";
- indicate the recipient's accounts and the amount of the shipment;
- click "Continue".
It should be noted that only those Sberbank customers who have activated the Mobile Bank service can use the service.
Important: to work with the application you need to have access to the Internet.
Commissions
Is it possible to transfer money from Sberbank to Yandex Money without commission? Yes, as both organizations have declared themselves partners since 2012 and have eliminated fees for money transfers. Now Sberbank cardholders can replenish their electronic wallet for free in any way convenient for you.
Limits
Limits on the transfer of funds are set by both the sending bank and the recipient electronic organization. In 2019, users can send from the map to Yandex no more than 10 thousand rubles per day. It is worth noting that the next payment can be made no earlier than 24 hours later, that is, if you put money into your account at 23:00, then you will not be able to repeat the operation at 01:00, you will have to wait until the evening of the next day.
If you need to transfer a large amount, you can call the contact center, tell the operator your personal data and set a replenishment limit in accordance with your requirements.
How long does the transfer take
According to the terms of the transfer, money from the card to the wallet must be received within 5 business days. However, in practice this period is reduced to two days. Users who have linked the card to the electronic system can receive a payment within a few hours after sending.
If the money does not come for a long time, then you can call the customer support service and clarify the status of the payment. If problems arise, you may need to present an electronic statement or a check from an ATM as proof of the fact that the money was sent.
